Confidence has been something we’ve talked about a lot on this podcast, but over the past year, our understanding of what it actually means to be confident has completely changed.

For years, we believed confidence came from keeping promises to yourself. Getting the workout in. Being disciplined. Accomplishing what you said you were going to accomplish. Showing up as the person you said you wanted to be. But what happens when you don’t?

What happens when you miss the workout? When you don’t hit the goal? When you’re not as productive as you think you should be? When you don’t look the way you want to look, achieve what you thought you would, or show up as the “best” version of yourself?
