In this episode, we’re talking about the shift that starts to happen when winter begins to fade and spring is right around the corner. After months of cold weather, shorter days, and slower routines, those first warm days almost naturally make you want to open the windows, get outside, and start fresh again.

We share how this time of year always feels like a quiet reset for us. Not in a “change your entire life overnight” kind of way, but in the small ways that start to bring new energy back into your days. Getting outside more, moving your body differently, refreshing your routines, or simply making space for things that help you feel more like yourself again.

This conversation is really about using this in-between season as a moment to reflect and reset. We’re a few months into the year, and sometimes all it takes is a little shift in the weather to remind us that we can start again, adjust our routines, and move forward with a little more intention.
